exemplary 3s to 8th grade education can begin earlier.
Young minds are the most formative. That’s why The Elisabeth Morrow School is extending its 3s to 8th grade education to children age 2. Beginning this fall, more students will realize their fullest potential in a learning community that spans the full arc of childhood, 2s to 8th grade.
EMS is accepting applications for the full-day 2s, a new program launching Fall 2020. See how our dynamic classrooms, forward-thinking curriculum, and experienced early childhood educators can set your child up for a lifetime of learning.

Use the Transcript Request Form below to forward the most current transcripts and teacher recommendations from your child's current school to The Elisabeth Morrow School. The Admissions Committee also request Teacher Recommendations from your child's current school.
For very young applicants (If you do not receive written documentation of your child's progress from his/her current school throughout the year) please skip this portion of the application. We also accept the Common Form from any consortium.
Middle School applicants, students entering fifth through eighth grade, must take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) and have those scores submitted in order to complete an application.
After the application has been submitted, the Admissions Office will contact you to arrange a classroom/playgroup visit for your child. Parent interviews are optional, and we are always happy to arrange a meeting for you with our division heads, teachers or families. Just let us know how we can help you!
