Information Session & Tour

Meet our admissions team, tour our campus, ask questions and see EMS in action. Tours resume September 24, and are held Tuesdays, Thursdays and select Fridays,  beginning at 8:30 a.m. 




Terrific Tuesdays Returns!

Terrific Tuesdays at EMS

Children age 2 and 3, accompanied by an adult are invited to Terrific Tuesdays. The program features music, technology, design building + more inside the classrooms of EMS' renowned early childhood program at Chilton House.  Tuesday, October 8, November 5 and December 3 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. 

Sessions are FREE. Space is limited. R.S.V.P. is required.  Registration for the October 8 session is open!


Celebrate Fall With EMS!

Fall Festival October 13, 2018 at EMSSATURDAY, OCTOBER 12 • 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Fun for the whole family includes games, music, pumpkin decorating, a hay bale maze and more, all on EMS' beautiful 14-acre campus. Open House and Information Session will be held at 1:30 p.m. and attendees can also meet EMS' new Head of School Dr. Maureen Fonseca.  

The Fall Festival is FREE; R.S.V.P. is appreciated to help us plan for this event. 


THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17 • 7:00-9:00 p.m. 

EMS is bringing its popular Admissions 101 program to the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity for parents from River Road communities to learn the ins and outs of applying to private schools, while children (ages 2-5) play for free at Hudson's House of Play. Space is limited; R.S.V.P is required.

EMS Give Back 2018 on Sunday, Nov. 4SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16 • 11a.m. - 1p.m.

Our biggest community event of the year! Join us and other community organizations for children's workshops, performances, pony rides and more! Plus this year, experience our first annual Third Culture Workshop. If you or your children were born in another country and are now living here, you are a Third Culture family. Come hear about the interesting and unique ways this will enrich your lives.  

Families, please bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to The Center for Food Action. R.S.V.P. is appreciated. Further details on EMS Gives Back will be posted as they become available. 

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 23 • 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.

The Elisabeth Morrow School campusExperience an EMS education the way our students do! Parents and kids get to sample and experience our signature programs in STEAM, character education, music and more in Innovation Alley.  

Faculty, administrators and parents will be on hand to answer questions and share what makes EMS an exemplary school to learn  and grow.The Open House will take place in Innovation Alley in our Little School building. Enjoy a musical playdate for your children before you shop the Whole Foods in Closter. EMS music teachers will engage participants in a holiday sing-a-long! All are welcome!
